Technology to instruction maybe use by teachers on the things that they usually do. But after some observation to the learners we the teachers observes changes in behavior, attitude of the learners on the discussion and improvements on the attention span of the learners the teacher may realize that the incorporate of technology is really necessary and meaningful. The teacher gradually use technology more often when she observes improvements on the teaching- learning process. Sometimes the use of technology can lessen the number of absenteeism, create collaboration, and improves independent learning.
In the school, Harvest  House Lifegiver Learning Center, they offer computer subjects as part of the school curriculum. Although they already technologies that will aid teaching like instructional television, overhead projector and other media for instruction like CD-ROM and wi-fi connection in the school campus.
Most problems existing even teachers could not have this technology that can be use for instruction in their respected classroom settings. Preparing this technology can really consume to much time sometimes. Although this instructional media is use to support and improve the teachers role as a facilitator and instructor. But how can be a teacher a facilitator of this technology that even himself has less knowledge of manipulating this technology? That is why the effectiveness of the use of technology in instruction sometimes relying on the effectiveness of the teacher to used and manage the technology.
There are suggested website on the book that we Teachers use it, which will promote more learning on the topic lesson that being learn, but sometimes internet is hard and difficult to find the precise information they needed. The learner encounter incorrect information, but somehow this will allow learners to study and conceptualize the topic that is accurate. However, internet provides more learning to student, for example the learner wanted to learn more about current events like in space, environment, climate change, earth (maps, countries, continents). In this way the world wide web assist student their wants and search for knowledge, investigate their own quest for knowledge. They learn to conceptualize ideas and create a questioning concept that will create learners inquiry for answer and issues that concerns their interest.

There is also a version of book in the libraries or any printed materials in the form of CD-ROM. Our school has CD-ROM that can be use by teachers as references for teaching. This CD-ROM are more interactive because there activities that involves students participation. This is design to draw the attention of the learners on the instruction. this CD-Rom provides information in digital, picture,video, and audio form and sometimes has links to website where we can access on the internet.
Instructional technology has the capacity to transform school. They are not typical old school anymore but following the trend in global demand of society for technology/ies consumption and usage.
 The achievement of technology in instruction is the effectiveness on how it is being incorporate in the teaching-learning process. Teachers should skillful enough and innovative to create new ideas in order to build meaningful learning environment.
